So I’m back, just like that, like I never left. I miss sharing my recipes with you and I’ve been cooking a lot. In fact, I have been working on a revision of my cookbook. I didn’t want to blog while doing it because I wanted to surprise you with new recipes and not bore you with old ones. I have thought about adding more vegan recipes to my book for about over a year now. I got a few five star reviews and people have been telling me to add more recipes for years. I am going to re release my cookbook with about 200 Afro-Caribbean recipes.

The recipes are genuinely delicious and rival even the best meat and dairy dishes.I actually cooked about three hundred dishes and narrowed it down to the absolutely best. If my testers,friends and family didn’t absolutely love it, it got cut,just like that.
