Hellerrrrrrr ! Can you tell that I am happy ? Oh yes,and you should be happy too ! This easy vegan recipe will put a smile on your face.
I am still working on my cookbook. I am currently getting some of the recipe instructions illustrated to make it super easy for you to follow along. I love you that much. The cookbook is filled with so many delicious recipes and when I was finished testing and cooking,my friends and family didn’t want me to stop.
I got so many orders for the recipes in my book. I had to decline because my waistline was getting too fat. I am now eating mostly raw and getting myself in order. I’m not rushing the book either because I want to create a tough act to follow, something that you’re inspired to cook from daily.
This vegan recipe was something that I quickly pulled together in the middle of the day when I needed something a little more heavy. I didn’t want to eat a meal yet and a smoothie was the perfect choice.
We have to thank the beautiful people of Mexico for the papaya,it originated there and in Central America. Did you know that you can steam papaya leaves and eat them ? You can also make a tea with the leaves. The papaya plant cannot live in cold temperatures. It also helps with menstrual cramps and helps to prevent and cure cancer and is one of the word’s healthiest fruits. So drink up and remember to congratulate your haters. I know, I’m random.
